Senior Audit Manager / Audit Manager – SME recruitment
Our clients, a leading global bank is seeking to recruit an experienced Audit professional with in-depth understanding of the Consumer Banking products, segments and or channels in particular SME (Small and Medium Enterprises)/
This is a Singapore based role with responsibility on risk-based audits within the SME Banking and other activities within the Consumer Banking business globally. You will be tasked with driving the audit strategic initiatives including developing key controls to better manage business risks, ensuring that audit assignments are executed in accordance with Audit Plan, tracking audit issues and developing action plans.
You should be a strong communicator with excellent influencing skills in managing stakeholders’ relationships to ensure achievement of audit deliverables. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to team lead and motivate the team with his / her good leadership and people management skills.
To qualify, you should be an experienced internal auditor, business or risk manager with a minimum of 10 years experience gained within a banking/financial services industry. Degree qualified with professional audit certification preferred (e.g. ACA, ACCA, IIA) or Audit of Corporate Banking Credit experience. A confident and articulate individual who can think ‘out of the box’.
