Senior Audit Manager – Quantitative Analysis recruitment
A market leading UK bank with an exceptionally strong balance sheet and a solid reputation in retail, wholesale and investment banking operations. Is currently looking to bolster their Quantitative Analysis team with a Senior Audit Manager who possesses a thorough understanding of quantitative analysis and modelling.
The audit division is perceived as a centre of excellence and operates a practice model that is considered a training ground for anyone wishing to pursue a senior position within the business. The current CEO is passionate about future leaders in the Group either serving time in an Audit or Risk role, and believes that the group audit function will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business.
To excel and add value in this demanding and autonomous role you will ideally have experience of working in a quantitative analytics capacity or risk modelling function and it would be highly advantageous to have previously worked on reviewing and evaluating the design of operational, credit and market risk models.
This will be an exciting opportunity for either an existing quantitative analyst/ modeller who is looking for a more commercial role with greater exposure or an existing Internal Auditor with experience of auditing a quantitative function.
