Senior Audit Manager (Retail Banking) Internal Audit
One the UK's leading banks is expanding its internal audit team in The City of London. They are looking for internal auditors to join their retail banking operations team. You would be part of a large internal audit function, made up of other specialist audit teams, which offers excellent opportunities for progression both within the internal audit function and into the wider banking business.
Within the role, you would be responsible for leading and participating in specialist audits of retail banking operations. This is a key role which will allow access to very senior stakeholder across the bank. There is currently a vision for the successful candidate to take on more responsibility in a relatively short period of time if they prove to be a high calibre leader. The right candidate will have a significant opportunity to make a difference within the role by putting customers at the forefront of the audit methodology.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to demonstrate a strong retail banking operations background. You should also have strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to provide clear leadership to others. Successful candidates can expect to receive a competitive benefits and bonus package.
