Senior Auditor, Investment Management
My client is an international bank that operates in more than 30 countries worldwide is currently looking for a Senior Auditor t to join their audit team covering Wealth and Investment Management part of the business. The company offers an unrivalled training and progression opportunities and is well know for retaining talent.
As Senior Auditor in a vibrant team, you will work collaboratively with others to develop strong client relationships, undertake audit testing and support delivery of the audit plan. You will be expected to enhance the business' controls by advising the team and consistently improving your skills. The role involves circa 20% of travel, mainly to European locations.
As a Senior Auditor you will identify, assess document risks and controls as well as complete testing. You will also update the vice president and audit team with progress and observations and support the audit lead in writing the report. Your tasks will involve providing constructive feedback and evaluation to team members for audit assignments as well as writing high quality audit observations and support the audit lead in writing the report. The role will require you to build strong relationships with people from various parts of the business.
The organization is looking for a newly qualified chartered accountant with a couple of years of post qualified audit experience gained either in practice or in financial services industry. If you currently work in practice, you would be auditing financial services clients.
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas will be an asset: private banking/ investment management/ offshore banking/ trusts will be an advantage. The role requires the candidates to be self-aware and have very strong communication skills.
