Senior Auditors (Growing Company!) - up to $70k
The ideal candidate assists with planning and conducting reviews across the business, identification of key risk areas, reporting on your findings and agreeing recommendations with management, ensuring the high quality provision of assurance on the systems of internal control and on the efficiency and effectiveness of its resources. You will act as a champion of internal control, sharing expertise within the team and encouraging best practice behaviors across the business.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Meeting people at all levels across the company to prepare detailed audit testing plans that focus on key risk
- Carrying out rigorous audit testing, flexing work plans in response to findings and emerging risks
- Agreeing issues, impacts, root causes and recommendations with management throughout the course of audit assignments
- Writing clear, concise, robust and balanced audit reports that require minimal re-drafting
- Taking a full role in any ad hoc tasks or projects required to meet departmental objectives
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an ethical, organized, savvy, common-sense oriented business professional with demonstrated accounting experience.
· 3+ years of accounting experience
· Strong internal control background
· Bachelors degree in Accounting is a must
· 1 ? 3 years of public accounting experience
· CPA a PLUS!
· Great attitude along with a strong work ethic is a must
