Senior AVP – Client Onboarding recruitment
Our client is a leading international bank with a strong regional presence across Asia.
They currently have an exciting opportunity at the management level for an experienced Client onboarding manager who is familiar with all the KYC documentation and verification processes.
Key responsibilities include:-
-Supervising a team of ten to carry out daily tasks such as verifying documents, checking against terrorist/black lists, ensuring all of the kyc check lists are adhered too, verification of third party information, periodic reviews.
-Managing workflow between team members and allocating tasks when team members are on leave/sick.
-Carrying out management reports around control issues.
-Hiring new staff and ensuring they are trained appropriately.
-Conducting yearly appraisals.
-Adhoc project work.
You will have a minimum of 8 years experience in KYC/Client onboarding and will have spent at least two years at a managerial level overseeing full team responsibilities. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills within a client onboarding environment.
