This organisation is a leading global bank who are currently seeking a Senior / Team Lead Back Office Application Support Analyst on a permanent basis in their head office in London.
You will be operating within a large global team that provides 2nd and 3rd line technical support across the investment bank. You will be leading a team of technical support analyst and take on more senior duties within this space. Its mandatory that you hold a background in dealing with payments, reconciliations or related Back office systems across a variety of asset classes.
As well as seeking someone who holds this technical Back Office application knowledge you will need extensive experience with Service Management process such as - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management Root Cause Analysis etc.

Key skill requirements:
-Proven history of providing excellent application support for multiple, complex applications at a senior level
-Hands-on problem solving of technical application incidents.
-Accountable Technical Recovery Manager for crisis management, driving the technical resolution of all high severity incidents and Root Cause identification within the Trading Operations Platform
-Management and ownership of incidents involving multiple applications
-Communication with business and IT stakeholders at all levels
-Management of change calendar, able to prioritise and challenge changes, communicating reasons behind decisions.
-Proactive and creative problem management in order to drive from incident to root cause analysis and fix delivery following incident recovery.
-Management of risk issues and audit processes, liaising with internal and external auditors balancing deadlines with production incidents
-Analysis, design and ownership of process and service improvement strategies to deliver benefits for IT and the business.
-Coaching and training of less experienced team members
