Senior Banker (Asset Gatherer)

My Client is an international financial group with a presence in the world’s major financial centres, providing individuals and institutional clients with tailored financial advice and services. As a private bank, they take a long-term view, placing the emphasis on personalised relationships aimed at optimising performance.

 

They are a specialist in wealth management, asset management and intermediation solutions. Their knowledge of investment funds, brokerage, corporate finance, debt capital management and independent asset manager services now complement their core competencies in portfolio management and investment advisory.

 

The group has always had the ability to combine growth with durability, which has helped it whenever major developments are made. They were founded in Geneva almost 200 years ago, and so is able to draw on a long tradition in private banking. As a partnership of private bankers, they exercise complete independence in its financial activities; it does not engage in proprietary trading or enter into positions in the name of the bank.

As of end of 2011 they were managing close to CHF25 Biliion in AUM with 15 % institutional clients and 85% Private clients.

 

They are planning on finding really strong senior Asset Gatherers to be based in their London offices. As an asset gatherer your primary role will be to attract Net New Money to the bank. Ideally you must have Private Banking experience through which you have developed key relationships with UHNI clients and institutions . You must be able to leverage upon these relations to at least commit to an AUM of US$ 70M in year 1.
