My client is a well established financial services organisation with operations all over the world. My client puts customers at the heart of their business and strives to provide an personal and exceptional service at all times. An exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced Banking or Financial Services candidate who is fully cemap qualified.
Your role as a Senior Banking Advisor you will be based in branch. You will be assisting to approach existing and new customers with appropriate banking products and services. You will be conducting structured sales interviews, identifying customer needs to ensure they are also offered products and service to suit their requirements and to provide outstanding customer service. You will be assisting with the administration for loans and credit applications.
Essential Experience
You must have banking or financial services experience working in a retail branch environment.
You must have experience of advising customers on banking or financial services products and services
You must be fully cemap qualified
