Senior Brand Design Manager

Attention all Brand Design Gurus! Greenfield role with a leading global financial services brand up for the taking.

This is a superb opportunity for you to champion the design thinking and act as the custodian for the creative expression of this top brand by directing the development, management, implementation and evaluation of the design principals as well as the visual verbal identity. This will involve driving the design, identity and creative agenda by working with colleagues and partner agencies to develop benchmark standards and design excellence. The role is varied and will cover logo creation, events, sponsorship, interactive office design and championing new initiatives to name but a few. Competencies required for the role include creative acumen, creative solutions, customer focus, strategic thinking, brand supplier management, brand focus, competitive positioning and production knowledge (digital and print production).

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of developing, directing and managing brand identity systems and guidelines. The ability to absorb information, understand and empathise with key stakeholders is required as is direct experience of reviewing creative and branded communications against briefs. Proven experience working in a senior role within a creative agency or working in a similar role as part of a marketing function within a well known brand is essential.
