- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of strategies for advertising, packaging, trade and consumer promotions, and operations of your brand.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for the success of your brand in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Identify key issues facing your business and build annual marketing plans to address those issues.
- Develop and manage product improvement and flanker strategies.
- Identify big new ideas to drive brand and category growth.
- Create high-impact promotions, new advertising, new packaging, sales or operational innovation.
- Set annual volume, profit and share objectives and manage your business to deliver them.
- Develop and coach, direct reports to execute w/excellence and move up to the next level.
- Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required
- Solid experience in development of strategy for Brand and Brand planning
- Minimum 18 months as a Brand Manager within CPG industry
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very strong verbal/written communication skills
- Experience managing/leading projects to completion
