Senior Business Analyst – Wealth Management / Private banking – Bank in Singapore upto $ 120K recruitment
Role : Business Analyst works across the whole project lifecycle, researching new projects, business process changes, or system modifications. BA will work on project deliverable that are aligned with business and technology strategies. BA will establish strong working relationships with team members; all functions within wealth management technology; and across the business as appropriate
Responsibilities:
- Identifies, assesses, and records business needs, recommending business priorities, solutions and advising businesses on options, risks, and cost benefit analysis
- Documents business requirements, and communicates these specifications to the development team for the design and implementation of business solutions
- Works with the Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and that testing plans have been completed
Requirements:
- Min 8 years of related work experience
- Strong Private Bank Business function knowledge
- Ability to develop partnerships and use commercial thinking to drive value
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, organization skills
- Close collaboration with China team will be required, Mandarin knowledge is preferred.
