Senior Business Analyst
Position Description:

Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
Providing support activities for MR migrations (Pulse NICE) and iCUE project support. In addition, this role will support new project analysis (BRD development project coordination), application problem analysis/support, BA owner for MA/PDP data coordination project (new CMS requirement for membership with other Part D vendors to interface data into UHG systems) and UAT (user acceptance testing) coordination for MR.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Health Administration required
- 3+ years of experience in Business or Finance Analyst role required
- Working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Word required
- 3+ years demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and be comfortable giving presentations required
- MS Access experience preferred
- Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred
