A leading Service provider of IT communication in the UK is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive contact centre experience and a wide range of telecom product experience with mobile sector.

You will be accountable for defining the customer experience on mobile product launches, be an expert on business improvement and change management. You will assist the wider team to ensure smooth running of product launch. You will be working on a nationwide project upgrading the contact centre services and technologies to improve customer service and contact centre efficiency, which will lead to improved customer service to their private and business customer base.

For this role it is essential that you have experience within the mobile sector and understand how mobile impacts on the concept to market process e.g. from making a sale, to receiving and paying the bill and all the way through to resolving faults. An in depth understanding of the mobile industry is essential in order to be effective in the role. You must have proven project management skills and you must drive for results.
