Senior Business Analyst
In the context of a number of new initiatives and changes within the department, a high profile Government agency is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to identify new opportunities and to implement changes that will increase productivity and effectiveness in funding management in the future.
If you have solid experience as a Business Analyst, strong understanding of Government funding, and/or experience working on financial/IT payment systems and are looking for a stable, long term contract, this could be the position for you.
The successful candidate will be required to work within a context of organisational change and should therefore have experience implementing change initiatives as well as an understanding of project management methodologies.
To be successful in this role you will posses:
- Outstanding verbal and written communications
- Government experience – particularly within Government funding and grant applications
- Strong analytical skills and the proven ability to devise government policies and procedures
- Proven ability working in audit/risk, performance management, business to business contract management, financial/payment IT system implementations environments
- Experience in change management and the successful implementation of change initiatives
- Proven ability to liaise with a wide variety of influential stakeholders
- Experience working as a project manager in a complex environment. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
