Senior Business Analyst
What is the role?
We have a challenging position for a business focussed Senior Business Analyst with previous experience of large scale transformations and particularly Life Insurance systems. The position is to join the project at the beginning and work with the business to map out the current state and requirements and take this through to working with the IT project team to design and implement the solution. This is a very business focussed Business Analyst role looking for someone who has a real depth of experience in the Life Insurance space.

- Determine the requirements from the various stakeholders maintaining good relationships going forward
- Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources in to usable data
- Document business processes around the use of the Lending platform
- Produce recommendations for a feasible solution
What experience should you have?
- A good background as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business projects
- Strong domain expertise and understanding of Life Insurance products and the extended suite of related products is essential
- Excellent process analysis and mapping experience on complex multi stakeholder projects (knowledge of Aris would be beneficial)
