Senior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:
The role requires the elicitation and specification of business requirements, impact analysis of change, solution definition, key role in supporting delivery of solutions through the SDLC, communication across Technology, business customers and stakeholders.
Key skills and requirements:
- 5 - 10 years Business Analysis experience.
- PCI-DSS experience required.
- Previous experience authoring Systems Requirement specifications where multiple interface systems are involved
- Previous experience as a liaison between Technical resources and Business resources
- Strong stakeholder engagement, stakeholder "management" skills. Previous experience bringing stakeholders to the one view
- Experience eliciting and authoring requirements and requirements Traceability Matrixes.
- Experience using a variety of methods to document requirements e.g. agile, user case / user stories
- Proven experience in adopting a broad range of techniques to identify / elicit requirements.
- Proven track record working in a fast paced / creative, innovative work environment, where speed to market is key
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
