Title: Senior Business Analyst (BA) / Lead Business Analyst (BA) – Tier One Investment Bank
Introduction: Montash Associates have been exclusively retained by an extremely profitable Tier One Investment Bank, to assist in the search for and acquisition of an exceptionally strong Senior Business Analyst (BA) / Lead Business Analyst (BA).
The Organisation: One of the world’s biggest brands, a Tier One Investment Bank with a very positive reputation.
The Team: An exceptional Central Technology Team with unprecedented amount of sponsorship from within the organisation.
The Project: This team is working on a centralised Data System which covers a wide range of asset classes including Derivatives, FX, Commodities and Swaps amongst others. This a large scale project with plans scheduled out until 2017 looking to add exceptional talent to the team.
The Role: This is an opportunity for an accomplished business analyst with in-depth experience of providing detailed analysis and of requirements gathering to enable the delivery of complex software development projects. Within this role, the candidate will capture requirements and communicate business vision for multiple departments within the organisation.
The Skills:
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between the business and highly technical developers, translating business concepts into requirements that are implementable.
- Expected to have a broad knowledge of Investment Banking, as well as specific knowledge of one or two areas such as Derivatives, Credit, FX, Swaps, Commodities or similar.
- Track record of working in a team that has delivered large scale applications
- Experience working variety of software development environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within data modeling and data patterns would be desirable
- Strong, relevant academic background
- Ability to form and manage relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
The Package: This firm is looking to acquire the very best candidates; a base salary of up to £130,000 as well an exceptional bonus and excellent benefits will be on offer.
