This programme is aiming to reengineer Operations processes, technology and people, by delivering strategic solutions through identifying and analysing waste within current processes, running training programmes to support implementation, documenting business requirements and identifying, tracking and resolving issues.

You will currently/have previously worked delivered Change Initiatives within a Banking environment, with a proven understanding of Business Process Re-engineering, with an excellent understanding of Lean Methodologies (Six Sigma). A strong background within Root Cause problem solving, structuring problems, leading analysis, negotiation, and significant experience of re-engineering tools, technologies and their applications within Operations, is essential. The successful applicant will have Team Lead and Line Management experience, excellent communication and engagement skills across all levels of seniority, with the ability to coach and support others with effective Leadership skills. Good written communications skills, as well as interviewing and facilitation skills are also key to this role.
