Senior Business Analyst – Compliance AML recruitment
Our client are a top tier global investment bank, seeking to recruit a senior business analyst to join an ongoing compliance systems process review.
Initially focused on a wide ranging AML change programme, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Stakeholders at all levels in BAU, to define and document business requirements, providing functional specifications to IT where systems enhancements are required and assisting with query management during technical spec conversion.
- Contribute to implementation, demonstrating an understanding of projects interdependencies, key participants, training needs, resources for implementation and post implementation, system and process implications.
- Manage internal and external Stakeholder relationships, providing progress reports, highlighting relevant risks and interdependencies.
- Assume oversight of testing plans, including production of test scripts and oversight of UAT.
Having established a preferred target operating model, the immediate challenge facing the change function concerned is to effectively move the business from 'as is' to 'to be' states. As such the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a minimum 5 years track record, specifically within project delivery in Financial Services.
