My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank in the City, is looking for a senior Business Analyst to work on its Financial Reporting Change Programme. The successful candidate will work on a major programme to replace the general ledger as well as to migrate the London branch onto the new strategic architecture. The conversion and data migration workstream will look at the data implications of this change and you must have a very good understanding of the data flows through to the ledgers and the current risk architecture; working with the data sourcing teams to ensure all implications of the migration are covered. Day to day BA responsibilities must be carried out in addition to senior stakeholder management and a consultative approach to delivering the project. Sitting in Change The Bank, you will liaise with both the IT and the business users to ensure delivery in accordance with the given parameters. The ideal candidate will have a professional Accounting qualification, a strong background in Investment Banking (Global Markets), broad understanding of the Finance Change function and knowledge of the regulatory and accounting processing and reporting requirements.
