A leading provider of trading and connectivity solutions to the buy and sell side is looking to recruit a senior business analyst with derivatives knowledge to join their team in London. You will have strong knowledge of futures and options trading and experience working with order management systems.
My client is an established and award winning provider of sophisticated multi asset class trading technology and is on track to continue expanding throughout 2013.
As the Senior business analyst - derivatives, futures, options, trading, order management, pre-sales, presales- your responsibilities will include:
* Provide pre-sales (presales) demonstrations
* Gather client user requirements and document this in non-functional and/or technical specifications
* Write test scenarios for internal use
* Communicate with product managers to ensure requirement are understood
* Propose a strategic roadmap to senior management to ensure the product remain competitive over a 3-6-12 month timescale
* Act as the central point of contact for internal questions surrounding derivatives
* Travel to regional offices in Europe and Asia
To be considered for the role of Senior business analyst - derivatives, futures, options, trading, order management, pre-sales, presales- you must have the following skills and experience:
* Strong derivatives knowledge - future and options
* 5+ years of business analysis experience
* A software vendor background OR experience of vendor management at an end user
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
