Description:
A highly successful investment management company is actively seeking a Web Senior Business Analyst to join their Global Web Digital Marketing department. The successful applicant will be responsible for collaborating with project stakeholders to identify, analyze, communicate and validate requirements to deliver quality, timely and innovative web projects. You will apply business insight and requirement gathering skills to ensure projects are in line with corporate strategies and business goals to meet the needs of our primary website users.
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and developing business requirements, applying advanced analytical skills to identify potential business and/or technology solutions and issues.
- Documenting business and content management system requirements, developing use and test cases, participating in system/UAT testing, and developing end-user training of implemented functionalities.
- Interpreting complex technical, legal, and conceptual information to identify key issues and details to present understandable alternatives, both orally and in writing, to individuals of varying technical expertise at all levels of the organization.
- Incorporating effective judgment and decision making skills to shape and manage the scope of projects, balance multiple priorities, and maintain a high-level of attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Participating in regularly scheduled website management enhancement and functional releases to ensure site functionality meets technical requirements, usability standards, and stated business objectives.
- Creating both use and test cases spanning multiple systems to ensure implementation and validation of expected results.
- Providing post-implementation support for all approved deliverables.
- Establishing subject matter expertise and taking ownership of assigned systems or functional areas of responsibility.
- Building domain expertise with specific tools and technology systems supporting the website
- Proactively seeking and implementing solutions that increase productivity and efficiency, partnering with technology and business partners as needed.
- Acting as business liaison with stakeholders, other business partners, and technology teams.

Core Requirements:
- Extensive experience with writing business requirements/development for web technologies.
- Strong understanding of Content Management systems and applying these systems to solve business publishing and marketing communication needs (Interwoven TeamSite highly desired).
- Strong understanding of Internet and website management technologies.
- Experience with interface design, site architecture design, and usability requirements.
Microsoft Office skills: Advanced: Excel, Word, Access; Intermediate: PowerPoint, Visio, Project - Scrum experience and Scrum Product Owner Certification preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
- MBA Preferred.
- Financial Services experience preferred.
