Senior Business Analyst- Finance Change- Investment Banking recruitment
My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, has a requirement for an exceptional Senior Business Analyst with an in depth understanding of Finance Architecture to join a team responsible for implementing Sub Ledgers for multiple global product areas across the business. The team is responsible for defining architecture for the Accounting stream (posting engines and sub ledgers) and both upstream and downstream feeds. Due to an ongoing global Finance Change program, there is a need for a highly experienced candidate to deliver the correct Solution Design to ensure that each solution meets the defined Target Operating Model in each business area. To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven track record working as a Senior BA on similar Finance Change projects- specific experience with Sub Ledger Implementations and Posting Engines essential
- Proven experience delivering Solution Design for different product areas within a similar global Finance Change program
- In depth understanding of data feeds going into and coming out of Sub Ledgers (Trade Capture. Collateral Management etc)
- Extensive understanding of Transaction Accounting and Finance Architecture definition
- Proven Business Process Re-engineering experience within Finance
- Strong Business Analysis and leadership skills- the ability to define and initiate projects is essential
