As a Senior Business Analyst, within our Financial Control Compliance practice, you will assist our clients in the changes they face as a result of the new regulations, post crisis challenges and risk management, and will be expected to perform across the following areas :
Client Delivery : manage and execute complex high profile change initiatives for our clients and deliver lasting client impact
Business Development : support and contribute to the management and development of sales offerings and participate in the development of new opportunities
People : be adept at building strong lasting relationships with clients as well as the Investance team to support the growth of our company
Knowledge Capitalization and Research : develop own market knowledge and partake in building out our exciting research offering
Essential experience and knowledge :
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within an investment banking or a consulting firm
- Knowledge of capital market processes, investment products, review of schemes
- Strong understanding of the AML and KYC requirements and issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of business lines and IT teams
Additional competencies :
- Business or regulatory application practice: Coda, RDJ, Evolan, Actimize, Norkom,...
- Management skills and ability or potential to lead project / people
- English fluent
Qualifications :
- Business or Engineering School or University degree with finance specialization
- DSCG or equivalent
