Senior Business Analyst, Financial Reporting, General Ledger recruitment

Essential requirements:

Qualified Accountant
High level of accounting experience particularly in respect of financial reporting.
High level of investment banking experience.
Attention to detail.
Strong business analysis skills, able to demonstrate flexibility regarding problem solving
Ability to influence change, particularly with respect to the processes which support financial reporting disclosures.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent team worker, able to work in global virtual teams in a matrix organization
Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

Knowledge of the IFRS changes would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Proven track record of having successfully project managed regulatory change.
Investment banking, Finance: accounting / regulatory projects.
Banking Accounting Policy experience desirable.
