Senior Business Analyst – Insurance – FTC to $150K recruitment
Our client, a leading insurance organisation, is undertaking a significant business transformation program that will see them revamp their operating model to make them leaner and more competitive. This business improvement program needs the addition to the project team of a Senior Business Analyst with a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years solid project Business Analyst experience
- An additional couple of years as a Senior Business Analyst where you have taken ownership and delivery responsibility of a stream of a project
- An operations background where you have led a team or having worked hands on in a financial services operations environment
- Understanding of the Insurance Industry
- Excellent presentation skills - at all levels of the organisation
- Able to facilitate a workshop - in a succinct manner
- Logical and methodical thinker
- Someone who is able to take a few key instructions, work on a detailed solution and communicate the journey/options/recommendations
- Calm under pressure
- Able to deal with multiple personality types
- Solution orientated
- Able to juggle multiple tasks
- Someone who is willing to go the extra mile - and roll their sleeves up when necessary
- Flexible with hours - sometimes working a few extra hours will be part of the job at hand
This is a fixed term 12-month piece of work, possible pro-rated to 9 months, with a salary package ceiling of $150K.
