Liberty Mutual Group Asset Management Inc., a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Group, is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional who thrives on partnering with Business Managers to enable the accomplishment of business objectives by delivering Human Resources programs and services to a dynamic asset management organization. In LMG Asset Management Inc, this role will focus as the main contact for Compensation, Workforce Analytics and Reporting, salary/bonus budgeting and college/intern hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Administering Investment Compensation programs for employees and executives including short- and long-term investment plans and measures which include result calculation, accrual accounting and payouts.
- Creating the Investment's human capital budget; including monthly salary and bonus variance reporting, analysis, and compliance.
- Developing metrics and workforce planning reports that support turnover reporting, talent management, sourcing reports and help establish reporting standards e.g. Human Resources Dashboard
- Internship and college hiring initiatives for the department.
Other HR Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and consultative support to Business Managers on a daily basis
- Provide Business Managers with the reports, tools and techniques to enable them to coach staff and comply with Human Resources policies and programs
- Day-to-day administration of Human Resources policies and programs covering several or all of the following disciplines: Recruiting Staffing, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Development Training, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Work with senior management, hiring managers and local Human Resources staff to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies and search assignments. For search assignments, provides hiring managers with a service-level agreement that establishes a clear understanding of items such as position requirements, sourcing methods, cost and task owners.
- Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent. Seeks creative solutions for sourcing candidates that positions Liberty Mutual's brand strongly in the marketplace and further establishes a culture that promotes excellence and fuels growth. Leverages recruiting resources such as internet, internal Applicant Management System, professional organizations and community associations to identify, recruit and network for candidates.
- Use the full functionality of our applicant tracking system to manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
- Work to meet established metrics per the assigned business unit or function. Provide insightful analysis of reports and makes recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years Human Resources or Financial Analysis experience required. Investments related practical experience and/or interest a must.

In-depth knowledge of the HR generalist functions (including talent management processes) and broad understanding of other HR specialties required.

Experience initiating and leading Human Resources projects and ability to work with senior managers in business units. Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to develop and foster client relationships required.

Data Analysis capabilities and proficiency with Excel required.

Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills; effective communication skills for proposals/making presentations; ability to work independently.
