Due to identifying the need to streamline an integral part of the South Australian business, this iconic organisation is seeking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to lead and facilitate the analysis of a complex business unit and identify opportunities for improvement. Employed on a contract basis for a period of 6 to 9 months, you will define what is required for changes to business processes and recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve targeted business outcomes. You will prepare business impact and risk assessments for the proposed change and collaborate with business partners, technology groups, suppliers and customer groups to prioritise, document and communicate business requirements and solution design for minor technology changes.
As the successful applicant, you will have experience working on high profile business process re-engineering projects within a Financial Services environment. Your polished communication skills will enable you to interact with stakeholders at all levels and influence the effected business units to embrace the suggested changes and work towards the common organisational goal. You will ideally have exposure to Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodologies and be able to drive operational efficiencies.
