Senior Business Analyst Job in Leatherhead Kt22 7Pl, Home Counties Uk
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining/documenting processes, process improvement, implementing a continuous improvement methodology and ensuring compliance with our processes and standards. They will also be responsible for gathering the requirements for new developments within our Research Development team.
The role will entail:-
- Meeting and running workshops with the clients (based in London) to define their business and operations requirements and systems goals.
- Meet with third party providers and licensees to define their business requirements for systems integration in line with project timelines
- This includes gathering and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements across all business areas
- Project-related responsibilities within the assigned business area to deploy new solutions and/or enhancements to existing applications
- Conducts user interviews and facilitates workshops with users to gather business and operations requirements
- Produces system requirements documents
The ideal candidate will have experience of:-
* Running BA or business analysis workshops.
* Have mentored junior business analysts
* Have defined and proven experience of taking a clients requirements and delivering the end solution.
* ISEB Business Analyst qualification or similar
