Descripción de la oferta: " Coordinates and oversees AOP preparation process for international markets, identifies and investigates budget variances (budget control)
" Prepares quarterly forecasts of profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flows of international markets
" Prepares, analyzes and provides monthly management reports to senior managers. Provides commentaries on company's current financial position
" Supports budgeting for new projects and initiatives and evaluates their impact on restaurant division financial position
" Supports Country Managers and operations team in establishing and measurement of strategic goals
" Establishes cost accounting, planning and reporting procedures across restaurant markets (standarization and streamlining of management reporting)
" Contributes to ongoing development of management information systems that support analysis and decision-making processes; defines scope of management information needs
" Supports development and enhancements to restaurants reporting systems (e.g. Business Intelligence tools)
" Provides planning, analysis and forecasting tools
" Integrates internal and external information and provides it to senior managers in a meaningful manner, facilitating business decisions
" Provides long-term financial and economic models facilitating evaluation of business opportunities
" Oversees allocation of resources and productivity of invested capital; actively supports an investment appraisal process
" Ensures all-level profitability analyses; Identifies underperforming units (restaurant level) and initiates actions to improve their profitability
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer): -Experience of 5-7 years in similar position
-Knowledge of management/financial reporting systems and reporting processes
-Knowledge of finantial evaluation models
-Orientation on processess and analyses
-Understanding of business environment
-Previous financial analysis experience with other restaurant companies will be a addtional asset
-High level of English is a must
