The objective is to deliver best in class tools through a combination of platform renovation and development including treasury specific solutions. Within this scope, Capital planning and IGL (Intra Group Limit) programme aims to ensure the development of an integrated capital planning model and STP IGL process that eliminates the need for any manual interventions
THE ROLE
This main objective of this role is to manage the delivery of the IGL project under FiRST
Key tasks of the Senior Business Analyst/PM :
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business requirement
- Develop Operating models to ensure new platforms have the correct environments for implementation
- Build relations across all stakeholders in particular with the delivery streams
- Work with solution architecture to define end state solutions
- Aid development of test environment
- Manage testing and implementation
- Represent the IGL programme on all strategic meetings
THE CANDIDATE
Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst/PM:
- Educated to a degree level
- Qualified Accountant would be a distinct advantage
- Prior Regulatory (IGL and Capital) knowledge would be highly beneficial
- Worked in a large financial organisation in a regulatory capacity
- Ideally have experience of large change programmes
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal support
- Have excellent communication skills; the project is 100% dependency based and will require the individual to work closely with the various delivery teams
