Responsibilities
- Business analysis and project management for new products or services, responsible for business requirements analysis, drafting and review of functional specifications and delivery of added-value solutions
- Manage projects and achieve key deliverables
- Maintain and improve user satisfaction
- Streamline process by leveraging information systems
- Continuously improve business processes, ensure consistent customer experience, operational efficiency and risk management
- Co-ordinate and/or perform user acceptance testing
- Issue management and provide first level of support to different business lines
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree from a recognized University
- Minimum 7 years of experience as business analyst, consultant or project manager, preferably with Avaloq Banking System expertise
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a banking environment, preferably in private banking/wealth management
- Business process reengineering expertise
- Sound knowledge in private banking operational process and products
- Project Management certification desirable
- Analytical with good problem solving, planning and organisation skills
- Open and flexible mindset with strong interpersonal, leadership and motivational skills
