Senior Business Analyst – Product Control (Emerging Markets) recruitment
The Senior Business Analyst will work across a range of Front-to-Back and Strategic Finance Programmes, particularly focused on the Emerging Markets business. These programmes are responding to the demands of internal stakeholders from multiple functions across the FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities) Businesses, in order to support strategic growth, revenue generation and improved control and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Liaison and communication with very wide Finance stakeholder group in London across all levels of seniority, and Finance Change colleagues in the US and Asia. Able to establish relationships and influence stakeholders
Requirements gathering and documentation.
Managing Finance requirements through the development cycle in conjunction with Front to Back Project Managers and Finance IT Delivery managers.
Performing and managing the testing of multiple source system changes down to Finance Systems, which includes SIT performance and UAT management.
Perform testing of Finance determined requirements and regression testing on behalf of Finance users. Manage Finance users UAT.
