Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager – Front Office – Sales Transformation – CRM
This Global Investment Bank requires a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their client strategy transformation team to assist in a major flagship programme
Faced with continued pressure to capture greater revenue from existing customers, penetrate new and emerging markets, and maintain profit margins in a challenging economy, this leading Global Investment Bank are looking to transform the performance of their sales teams. Their Sales Transformation division aim to improve sales performance by realigning their strategic resources, harnessing sales talent, and optimising sales operations across the business.
Initially, you will need to conduct a global strategic review of our clients CRM plans, across the 4 major workstreams. You will report findings to the Programme Lead before, then beginning some detailed analysis on operational optimization across the relevant business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews business requirements in partnership and collaboration with the business obtaining sign-off
- Liaises with programme / project managers, clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
- Perform and present detailed strategic reviews
- Validates feasibility studies and estimates
- Validates business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
- Drives the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and manages identified impacts and risks
- Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
- Prioritises change requests and is an escalation point
- Works with Business Analysis Managers to ensure consistent implementation of processes
- Bridge the gap between the business and IT
- Business Reviews
- To Be process design: define future state processes
- Target operating model experience
- Define implementation roadmap for process and IT changes
- Extensive experience in process re-engineering and/or Business analysis - (As Is analysis and To Be design)
- Performing multiple ad-hoc projects across the region for the CEO – strategy, costs, revenue generation, cost optimisation, forecasting, business transformation, staffing issues etc
- Familiar with front office terms and concepts
- Presentation of processes and business requirements to senior stakeholders using excel and powerpoint
