Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager Product Control / Finance Change
The successful candidate will define, plan and perform analysis to inform change decisions, manage stakeholders as well as managing junior members of the team and working closely with the technology teams to ensure the projects are delivered.
This is a strategic programme of work which will consolidate finance platforms across all asset classes interacting with ED and MD level stakeholder within product control and finance change.
There are two parts to the strategic programme of work which are the PL Platform consolidation in addition to the cross asset platform consolidation.
The manager expects this person to be full or part qualified and to have experience working within a finance or product control business analyst position within a corporate or investment bank. The manager is also open to speaking to candidates who have come from consulting backgrounds even if there background is more insurance or retail banking focussed.
This is a big change programme which will give you exposure and experience of a very challenging book of work over the next 2 – 3 years. The role is one which will evolve into a project management position in the future, however for the next 6 months this position would very much be focussed on defining, planning and performing analysis in order to drive change.
