Senior Business Analyst recruitment

*Manage change request process for requirements
*Work with stakeholders globally to understand and translate requirements
*Manage the sign off process
*Provide input into various cross project forums to identify interdependencies and resolve inter and intra project issues
*Clearly articulate requirements within the detailed business requirements document
*Define scenarios, test cases and functional specifications, to provide traceability throughout project lifecycle
*Identify and assist in resolution of any process conflicts and issues
*Provide general analytic and process support as needed across the program
*Work closely with IT Business Analyst in creation of functional specifications document

*Extensive Business Analysis experience
*Clear experience of leading technology streams from analysis to delivery

*Ability to run workshops
*Ability to conduct Stakeholder analysis
*Experience analysing and documenting business processes
*Extensive Business Analysis skills gained in Investment Banking environment
*Comprehensive experience in CTB initiatives and full project life cycle
*Proven track of working closely with key business users and IT staff.
*Good communication skills - both written and verbal
*High level of attention to detail
*Good analytical and problem solving skills
*Scenario-based requirements gathering.
*Working experience of project methodologies such as agile RUP
*Able to work under tight deadlines; Will commit to delivery on time
*Able to work as part of a team and independently under minimal supervision
*Preferred experience with Client Onboarding, particularly Funds business within a Global Markets setting

*Experience of technology solutions delivery
*Good knowledge of Back-Office Operations
*Strong business requirements and functional analysis Data Analysis skills
*MS Excel,- intermediate
*MS Visio,
*Experience with workflow systems
