Description:
The Channels Workbench team is responsible for providing advanced user tools and functionality for UBS’s internal Client Advisor Workbench and external eBanking Client Portal. The team has an extensive portfolio of projects to deliver in 2012 and has a need for a senior business analyst to play a lead role in the renovation of UBS’s eBanking Client Portal. This multi-year project will completely refresh and update the Client Portal offering for APAC, with the objective of delivering an industry leading multi-platform Ultra High Net Worth web and mobile offering.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Equivalent in Bachelor of Information Technology, preferably with Master Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, fluency in mandarin is desirable
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis of e-banking application development, with Wealth Management or Investment Banking sector experience an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of requirements traceability and use cases
- You should be an experienced business analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a high pressure, front office banking environment.
- Experience defining and delivering modern web and / or mobile platforms, preferably in the domain of an e-Banking offering for a major bank.
- You must be capable of working with business and technical teams at a senior level and be able to drive discussions on strategy, approach and details of platform functionality and delivery.
- You should be comfortable working with front-office banking and other operations and business analysis project participants as necessary.
- You should be able to facilitate discussions with stakeholders on both system functionality and project delivery.
- Experience dealing with geographically distributed and vendor outsourced project teams in different locations
- Occasional travel to Shenzhen is required
