Senior Business Analyst recruitment
Working for a leading name in the market, from both a customer and technology perspective, they are focussed on driving changes and improvement in technology, Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong finance background . Reporting to the Manager – Business Analysts, Project Delivery, your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and define appropriate technology project scope to deliver desired business outcomes
- Using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture, convert business needs into functional designs, including the preparation of Detailed Business Requirements
- Lead and facilitate business stakeholders towards functional design decisions
- Supervise staff by prioritising and assigning work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
- Provide management and leadership of your team and complete associated tasks
- Develop a training plan and organise training for the project team and users
You will have extensive Business Analysis experience from within a large financial institution or consulting organisation. Knowledge of the Acquiring and Card Industry, including processing concepts, scheme rules and relationships. An understanding of Project Management Methodologies would be highly regarded.
