Senior Business Analyst
Your Job
The Senior Business Analyst works in IT Service Delivery (SED) and contributes to the primary objective of SED to provide sound best practice application management to the customers and to ensure that the applications meet the Service Level that is needed to support the business function.
Your Profile
- Cooperate/liaise with application/process stakeholders (mainly PC and Corporate Solutions Business and Product Experts) in order to provide efficient and effective solutions and to ensure acceptance and buy-in from customers (expectation management).
- Apply business process knowledge to enhance SED service delivery to customers.
- Be responsible / take ownership of ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Release) for business applications
- Gather requirements from customers, drive detailed business analysis and elaborate specification documents. Create/update application and process guidelines
- Conduct business application training
Required profile
- Business analyst or underwriter with several years experience in financial services industry
- Reinsurance or insurance know-how
- Project management or project work experience
- Good communication skills, team player
- Ability to take the intitiative in role and work environment
- Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus
