Senior Business Analyst recruitment

We are seeking an experienced professional with keen business insight and strong technical skills to help take our operation platform to the next level of excellence.  In this role, you will focus on operational process improvements across multiple business lines, identifying key business issues, translating business partner and internal team needs into functional requirements, and driving mission critical process/system enhancements or onboarding new providers. 

You will be responsible for project management and coordination, and will enable internal/vendor solution implementation through the project lifecycle (requirements gathering, research and analysis, implementation, post-implementation, and ongoing reporting to key stakeholders).  Additionally, you will oversee vendor assessment by evaluating in-house and third-party solutions through the use of requests for information (“RFIs”), workshops, surveys, and other means.

Candidates will have 6-9 years of experience in business analysis and project management and should possess a sound understanding of financial markets and operational processes.  Experience with the investment lifecycle working directly or in a consulting capacity supporting multiple business lines at an investment manager is ideal.  Candidates will exhibit advanced skills in MS Office (including Excel, PowerPoint) and be comfortable presenting to senior individuals.  Experience with databases, report writing and understanding of SQL queries is preferred.  Ideal candidates will have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
