(Senior) Business Analyst [Ref:P694-(Senior) Business Analyst (XOne-KM)] recruitment

Your Role:

Expert on FIC Deal processing application like X-one. Understanding of data-model and techno-functional aspects of X-one
Understand curves Pricing modules implementation in X-one. Help FO with amendments, support in this area
Assess, understand and analyze the client’s requirement and propose suitable solutions
Deep understanding of back office processes. Prepare functional specification and validate the technical architecture. Define test plan and perform functional testing for projects/enhancements
Liaise with development team and support team among local, regional and global to ensure the requirement will be delivered to client according to agreed timeline
Produce or update user documentation and provide training if applicable. Promote ideas for system enhancements and initiate proposals for systems stability and efficiency
When needed, participate in and/or manage regional and global projects

Production

Ensure that systems and projects are implemented and managed in line with ITEC standards and strategy, as advised management
Ensure the SDLC, CRM and GTM standards are being complied with.
Ensure that developments are carried out using the most appropriate technical tool

Communication

Timely reporting on tasks in hand to management
Escalate issues, when appropriate to management
Maintain good relationship with ITEC GTS peers locally as well as regionally/globally.
Ensure production and communication of deliverables required by the SDLC, CRM and GTM standards
Maintain good working relationships with business partners peers (OPER, FO...)

Your Profile:

Strong Business Analysis skills (essential) (5+ years experience)
Familiar with Investment Banking products, post trade processes and terminology (essential), in particular with Fixed income and Currency products (3+ years on Fixed Income post trade).
Experience in curves, pricing and trading tools is a must.
Good project management and co-ordination skills
Experience of working in global environment.
Willingness to develop
Excellent English skills both oral and written
Very good communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize
