Senior Business Analyst [Ref:Senior Business Analyst_WL] recruitment
Operations department is looking for business analyst to consolidate its project team to support the business development of the Global market and Global Finance activity The Organisation department within CAO/ORG is in charge of the:
- Implementation of strategic projects defined under the Operation roadmap
- Study and implementation of new business under the New Product Validation Committee governance
The Business Analyst shall be involved in the different project phases: Study, implementation, post-go live follow-up and participates to the improvement of the project team efficiency (knowledge sharing, standardization of reporting, trainings on products and new proces.)
Your Role:
As part of the Time to Market project team, the Senior BA will take the lead of projects where he / she will:
- Study the feasibility for Operations to support new products or new operational set-up in terms of cost, risks and process capability.
- Propose adequate and secure operational framework to support the new business request
- Sign-off on behalf of Operations during Screening or New Product Committee
- Coordinate the implementation of validated solutions
- Ensure that adequate control framework is designed and roll-out before business launch
- Define the functional requirements in collaboration with the production teams
- Provide the detailed specifications to IT teams if relevant
- Coordinate the User Acceptance Tests if relevant
- Propose and conduct change management actions
- Control the post roll-out
- Follow-up the pre and post conditions defined under the Screening or New Product Committee governance
- Report to business line sponsors and Operations management the project progress as well as potential issues / decision needed.
Your Profile:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong business knowledge of Global market and financing activities and product
- Good expertise of Front to Accounting processes
- Sound knowledge of operational risk management
- Able to work in high pressure environment
- Very good communication skills both written and oral
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in the banking industry
- Demonstrate strong cooperation and team spirit capability to work efficiently with all departments
- Result-driven behaviour to ensure assigned goals are achieved on time with optimal use of allocated resources
- Ensure internal client requirements are properly addressed and client satisfaction on service offer is monitored
- Graduate degree in finance, business administration, economics
- Master in Business Administration is a plus
