Main Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of our technology agenda, shaping requirements, delivering solutions and working with senior stakeholders.
The Roadmap Business Analyst is part of the Business Solutions team and will work with the wider business and the Business Change Management team to define the IT Strategy. They will proactively work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement through the use of Information Technology and business processes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the delivery of the Business Change IT Roadmap - 3 Year View, process, requirements analysis, capex production and sign off
- Ensure Capexes meet roadmap and strategy objectives deliverables
- Producing projects to show a clear business case and benefits throughout project creation, sign off and handover
- Work with the Enterprise Architect to deliver an integrated business and technical solution for each project, forming part of the overall IT Strategy and Roadmap
- Responsible for Roadmap handover to Delivery teams providing relevant and timely information which is documented and communicated
- Support the Implementation and continuous review of the roadmap, strategy and relationship management processes to ensure they support the governance required
- Work with the Business Solutions Team - Contribute to the delivery of the IT Strategy Pack, ensuring;
- The Business is engaged, requirements gathered and functional and technical roadmaps produced
- Support and delivery of the necessary engagement and communication to stakeholders, pitched at relevant levels of understanding
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure the solution is supported within the technical strategy to achieve the business benefit
- Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders - up to Director level
- Work closely with the senior stakeholders on a day to day, tactical and strategic basis - supporting their needs, influence and driving decision making and promoting the added value of business change
- Engender a culture of genuine partnership between the business and business change stakeholders, supporting their needs to achieve commercial goals.
- Communicate regular updates to ensure the team are abreast with the direction of the department and stakeholder management

· Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers.
