Senior Business Analyst – Technology Vendor Governance recruitment

* Assist in the efforts to formalize, implement and coordinate the Technology Procurement Process Oversight Committee (T-POC). The T-POC has been established to ensure that technology sourcing deals over P0k are presented, reviewed and approved by senior management T-POC members. This individual will be responsible for working with sourcing management to identify deals which should be presented to the T-POC, prepare with the deal business owner presentation material, facilitate the agenda for the biweekly meeting schedule and coordinate presenters - approximately 6 presentations per meeting.

* Coordinate preparation and presentation to the T-POC at several points in the sourcing lifecycle including: prior to Request for Proposal (RFP) issuance also prior to final vendor selection / contract signature.

* Ensure tracking and resolution of any follow up items and obtain required signatures from T-POC voting members. Establish overall governance framework, maintain schedule and develop and provide management reporting.

* Coordinate the information required for the periodic reporting and management of the Strategic Vendors Program for the technology vendors within the group. Ensure issues are identified and escalated as required.

* Self directed, able to succeed with multiple responsibilities consecutively. Self-driven individual who can operate independently and take accountability for the function, performance and results.

* Prior Technology Sourcing, Vendor Governance and Business Management experience with multi-national financial services firms.

* Strong people and communication skills to allow validation of ideas and shared information. Ability to influence and negotiate decisions in a team environment

* Analytical and business strategy expertise, team-building, project management skills and team leadership skills

* Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

* Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes. Ability to manage online tools

* Knowledge o f M/S Office, and M/S Project
