Senior Business Analyst (VP) – Rates/FX Derivatives
Our client is a leading global financial institution. This is a business facing role that sits within their Derivatives technology team
Responsibilities of the role:
• Continually enhance the delivery of services to the Rates and FX Derivatives businesses through the ongoing analysis of the business requirements as related to technology
• Develop need based assessments, recommend solutions, and structure projects
• Lead a team of BA’s
• Work closely with business, IT and operations team
• Implement the vendor system
• Write business documents like functional and technical specification, proposals and management reports
Requirements of the role:
• Experience of working in the financial markets environment with exposure to Rates and FX derivatives business.
• Solid experience in the complete product lifecycle across the asset classes, and extensive knowledge of FXO and Interest Rate derivatives
• Knowledge of Murex or another major derivative vendor system
• Experience with the implementation of derivative system (vendor or proprietary)
• Excellent knowledge of the SDLC
• Required to have project management and reporting experience
• Project management certification preferred
