Senior Business Analyst x 2 recruitment
This is a multi-year programme with the strategic deliverables to consolidate PnL processes, sub-ledgers across all asset classes globally into a single architecture. Operations will be impacted and hence the need for the Target Operating Model definition so that Operations processes are aligned to the new architecture and ready for the migration of Legacy accounting functionality.
2 x Business Analysts (1 x VP 1 x AVP)
The successful candidate will define lead the analysis for current state definition for the entire derivatives process and then develop the future state requirements for roll out at the end of 2013.
• Structure overall analysis approach
• Define project plan, milestones, deliverables and manage regular status reporting (Senior of the two roles)
• Lead and perform the analysis
• Documents business requirements and present a range of proposals
• Develop solutions and ensure roll out
