The role

This role works across the business on a range of projects, applications and business processes to ensure that business changes and solutions are efficiently developed and implemented. You will be required to gather and document business requirements, that will assist in ensuring successful delivery of change initiatives and provide solutions to business initiatives and objectives. Ideally you will become a subject matter expert in wealth management and superannuation and participate in the production of the full suite of requirements documentation. You will also be required to review existing and proposed business applications and work as a member of project teams. This organisation is looking at implementing real development and change across the organisation and some renowned industry experts have recently joined them in key roles to ensure that over the next few years the grow to become a market leading organisation and take advantage of the proposed industry changes.

Skills / Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience of the SuperB superannuation administration system or Calibre or ePass and previous experience working for a wealth management organisation. On top of this you should have excellent business analysis skills, very strong stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal) and financial services experience.
