Senior Business Anlayst recruitment
This role will have a particular focus across multiple areas within; asset/ fund management, risk/ regulatory, Capital markets and wealth management finance areas. Candidates must have extensive knowledge and understanding of investment banking processes from a business operations perspective and be able to apply this to the successful delivery of projects whilst liaising with the IT team. Ensure that the IT department and any external suppliers provide appropriate and acceptable solutions to the business strategy.
As a Senior BA you must have strong stakeholder liaison and management skills, excellent requirement gathering techniques and be able to produce detailed project documentation, for the business processes. Therefore line management or team leading experience would be advantageous for this position.
Additional requirements will include; providing on a bank wide basis the PM/ BA function across the organisation, so any recent PM experience is advantageous, whilst meeting tight deadlines and being able to mentor and support junior staff is essential.
