Leading Financial Services Client now requires an experienced Business Architect to join a large Business Transformation Programme and be responsible for ensuring the business works successfully towards a global strategic roadmap.
The Business Architect will be responsible for aligning all process improvement throughout the business to the Target Operation Model including structuring governance, business process modelling and business information. The Business Architect will work at every level of the organisation soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and executives and supporting business unit managers as they leverage business architecture artifacts to create their business plans.
The ideal Business Architect will have the following skills:
- A broad understanding of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
- The ability to recognise structural issues within an organisation, functional inter-dependencies and cross-silo redundancies
- The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions
- Experience using model-based representations
- Ability to produce detailed design documentation
- The ability to visualise and create high-level Target Operating models
- Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
- Exceptional communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
